General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") set out the contractual relationship between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and 366bit (hereinafter referred to as "366bit", "we", "us", or "the Platform") in connection with your use of the 366bit website accessible at https://366bit.app and all associated services, games, applications, and products offered thereon (collectively, "the Services").

Governing Language

In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) and our Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming), constitute the entire agreement between you and 366bit with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Underage Gambling Policy

All funds held in the account — including any winnings, bonuses, or deposited amounts — may be withheld pending investigation. 366bit takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will cooperate fully with any regulatory authority or law enforcement agency investigating such matters.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 366bit Services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Accuracy of Registration Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

One Account Policy

Each user is permitted to maintain a single 366bit account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where 366bit identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held across those accounts may be voided and forfeited.

Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 366bit will never contact you to request your password. You agree to notify 366bit immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of or access to your account. 366bit shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with our commitment to security and responsible gaming, 366bit may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time deemed appropriate. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Deposits

The minimum deposit on the 366bit platform is ৳500. Deposits are generally processed instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 366bit does not charge any deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — 366bit has no control over and accepts no liability for any such third-party fees.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation. Any winnings accrued through the use of third-party funds may be voided.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed within one to three business days of the request being submitted, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements. 366bit reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

366bit maintains strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) policies. We reserve the right to suspend, delay, or permanently decline any transaction that we reasonably suspect to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. In such circumstances, 366bit may be required by law to report the matter to the relevant authorities without notifying the user in question.

Bonuses and Promotions

366bit offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Welcome Bonus

New 366bit players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To qualify for the welcome bonus, players must make an initial deposit of at least the minimum qualifying amount specified in the welcome bonus terms. The bonus is credited to the player's account within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your 366bit account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the individual bonus terms. Players must wager the bonus amount (or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified) the required number of times before a withdrawal request tied to bonus funds will be processed. Bonus Abuse and Misuse

366bit reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close any account, where it determines — in its sole and reasonable discretion — that a player or group of players is abusing the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing bets in a manner designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (so-called "bonus hunting"), or otherwise exploiting promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.

General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless wagering requirements are fully met.
• 366bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of bonus terms, the decision of 366bit shall be final and binding.

Betting and Casino Game Rules

Sports Betting Rules

Void Bets and Payouts

A bet will be declared void if: it is placed in error by 366bit at obviously incorrect odds; a technical error occurs that prevents the bet from being properly processed; the underlying event or game round is cancelled or abandoned and no settlement rule applies; or any other circumstance arises that 366bit determines, in its reasonable discretion, makes proper settlement impossible. Void bets are refunded in full to the player's account balance.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of using the 366bit platform, you agree to comply at all times with the following obligations and to refrain from the prohibited conduct listed below. Breach of any of these obligations may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance or winnings, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

User Obligations

• You will use the 366bit platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration and any subsequent verification process.
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials and promptly notify 366bit of any suspected unauthorised account access.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in relation to your use of the platform.
• You will use responsible gaming tools proactively if you feel your gambling activity is becoming problematic.
• You will only deposit and wager funds that are legally owned by you and are not derived from any criminal or unlawful activity.

Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account on the 366bit platform, regardless of the name, email address, device, or IP address used.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial or mechanical means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or other activity that 366bit reasonably considers to be dishonest or contrary to the spirit of fair gambling.

Account Suspension and Closure

366bit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
• A request from the account holder to close their account voluntarily, including a self-exclusion request.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your 366bit account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, all pending bets will be settled in the normal manner and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your designated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to stop gambling on 366bit permanently due to responsible gaming concerns, you may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion is a serious measure that results in the immediate and permanent closure of your account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed or bypassed. Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no logins, deposits, bets, or withdrawals). 366bit will make reasonable efforts to notify you before classifying your account as dormant. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs, provided the remaining balance remains positive. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period are archived. You may reactivate a dormant account by contacting [email protected] and completing any required identity verification.
